On The Fringe premieres this November on Facebook and YouTube

October 19, 2017

Ever wondered what goes through the minds of up and coming comedians trying to make it big? Probably not, but you’re going to get an answer anyway!

On The Fringe is a new comedy web-series that follows the misgivings of two emerging comedians as they do what they do best: turn life’s hardest moments into fuel for fodder. Plus, it’s coming right at you in a matter of weeks, for free on our Facebook page and YouTube channel (take the hint: you should subscribe).

In the six-episode debut season, set during a fringe comedy festival, a devastated Jacinta questions her life purpose following the breakup of a two-week relationship, while Sarah’s initial success comes unstuck after confusing a critic’s appraisal as a flirtatious come-on.

Written and directed by Lucy Coleman and starring Sarah Gaul and Jacinta Gregory, the entire series was filmed on location at the Red Rattler Theatre in Marrickville, NSW (thanks, guys) in May this year.

Now, with post production wrapping up and the premiere only weeks away, we’d like to take the opportunity to thank our amazing cast and crew, who have volunteered their time, resources and skills to bring On The Fringe to life.

Episodes run between 4 -7 minutes and will be released daily over a single week. The premiere date? Stay tuned – you can catch us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
